Jared has represented several injured individuals and their families in cases throughout the State of Texas and the country.
Jared Hagood is an attorney at GreeningLaw, P.C. These cases include representing individuals and their families who were either killed or catastrophically injured in an 18-wheeler or tractor-trailer crash, and dozens of individuals and their families who have suffered harm as the result of medical malpractice and nursing home neglect.
Jared has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a “Top 40 Under 40” (2016). Here are a few highlights of Jared’s recent success:
- Representing an individual who suffered catastrophic 3rd Degree Burns over half of his body as the result of a Pipeline Explosion;
- Representing individuals and their families who were killed or catastrophically injured as the result of an incident on an oil/natural gas drilling rig;
- Represented an individual, his wife, and daughter who suffered a traumatic brain injury in a workplace accident;
- Represented dozens of individuals who suffered from the defective DePuy ASR hip implant.
In addition to being a trial lawyer, Jared enjoys reading in his spare time and rooting on the Dallas Cowboys and his alma mater, The Ohio State University. Jared also participates monthly in 5Ks that benefit local and national charities and is on the advisory board of All Things Made New, a non-profit organization that provides mentoring and counseling programs for at-risk preteen and teenage girls, middle school boys, parents, adults, and the community.
