As the principal attorney for GreeningLaw, P.C., Robert Greening devotes his considerable expertise and personal attention to each and every case the firm handles.

Admitted to the Texas Bar in 1990, Robert has dedicated the last 30 years of his life to helping the injured and family members of those killed due to the negligence of others receive justice and peace of mind. Robert is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and his law degree from the University of Houston.

As a husband and father of two, Robert spends much of his spare time supporting his children in extracurricular activities, serving the community as a Boy Scout merit badge counselor, a board member of the non-profit, Dallas Summer Musicals, and as a mentor to first-year law students at UNT School of Law.

Robert has served as adjunct professor at SMU School of Law teaching the trial advocacy course. He is a director of the Dallas Trial Lawyer’s Association and Texas Trial Lawyer’s Association. In addition to the Super Lawyer distinction, due to his proven track record, professionalism and continued successes at trial, Mr. Greening’s peers have also distinguished him with the “AV” (Preeminent) rating from Martindale-Hubble and with the designation of Thomson Reuters’ Texas Super Lawyer in 2005, 2006, and 2012 through 2016, as seen in Texas Monthly Magazine. He has received a “Superb” Rating on AVVO.com and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He frequently lectures at continuing legal education seminars.
